Can't seem to even find the motivation to finish this post,is what I just thought,it seems every time I get into a positive frame of mind,it gets eroded by an empty feeling I just can't shake,just want to push on and get over these negative thoughts. I wonder if I'll have to always try and mask my anxiety and pretend everything is ok to everyone else!! It gets tiring,just want feeling good to come naturally for a change!! Whinge over thanks ❤️

so understand.... this is my 24 hours

 

windows have sheets on top of curtains to keep out sunlight.... eat, go to bathroom, sit in recliner, stare, close eyes, get on my computer to learn/distract/reach out to others who are suffering also, have just recently been able to watch tv, love when night comes darkness which helps me.... then try to sleep in bed .. usually recliner...

 

sometimes go with my husband in car.... take a bath once a week... can barely brush my teeth
