It has been a very difficult couple of months for me and I have found myself taking more and more etizloam. Kind of a week on week off kind of them mb more. I am worried about the future having read so many horror stories so i have Come to this forum for more information

I am glad you found us today. The recommended reduction rate is 5 to 10 percent every two weeks. Rather than one week on one week off the best way to taper is to find the lowest dose you feel stable on and then begin a taper from there.
