Shot some golf balls at the golf range - it caused tremendous back muscle spasms

18 months and a week out. Did that today, it was fun but it caused me so much spasms and then pain as well as head tightness.

 

The pain is really scaring me a lot that it may be something else.

It seems you were experiencing pain prior to benzo use.  Is it worse now than before?  If I do something too strenuous I will tense up shortly after.  I never had any pain prior to benzo use and it was very manageable after cold turkey. It became chronic at 14 months off.
