choking sensations, trouble breathing

So I was feeling a lot of depersonalization, derealization, and cog fog... so I decided to down a coca cola, smoke, and eat a vitamin b6. Apparently that worked a little too well. Because it completely cancelled out my ativan and now I feel like I can't breathe and I'm choking. I don't know what's worse: feeling like your a zombie or gasping for air... Does any one else experience this when in withdrawal? Gosh I hate benzos.

 

Also, I'm getting married tomorrow... so that's making me nervous. Getting married during benzo withdrawal XD. I must be crazy. Oh well I decided to stop letting this drug rule my life. I just hope it doesn't kill me.

I would opt for zombie rather than choking. My symptoms have been different,  but we all are.

Congratulations in getting married! I got married over a month again in w/d as well  .....talk about hard. but go through it. You will do just fine!
