Hi I'm on 10 mg Valium. 5 in morning 5 at night.

I need a taper plan.

Can anyone help. I tried mixing morning dose in water. And held my dose to adjust. But got withdrawals. As seemed to absorb it quicker.

 

Any help much appreciated.
