bad wave - lasted a week, feel like its slowly leaving

co I had an extremly shitty week, after starting cut 10 days ago (0.22->0.18), like the worst ever. it started 3 days after the cut (7 days) ago, and today I feel slowly a glimmer of improvement. not great, but worst of symptoms gone.

how long do your terrble waves last? i'm just scared cutting further

That's usually the way I feel after a cut.  Hits me about three days into the cut, is rough for about five more days, then fades in intensity.  I think it's pretty much par for the course for many people.  Just hang in there and know that everything is goin' normal!
