Benzo free !

I dont like fanfare etc. But it would be selfish of me not to update everyone here.

 

Been a while, some days I forget I was ever on benzos. Sad truth is I kind of forget the entire w/d process. Of course, we don't form very good memories during the ordeal.

 

Anywhom, I'm benzos free, life is looking up and I enjoy things I never thought I ever would. Ex. Listening to music, watching a good movie.

 

I wish you all the best and I would like to tell you that it takes time, but you'll get there and who you knew yourself prior to this drug or other pharmaceuticals is how you'll be again. That's my hope and belief.

I too have memory lapses so I understand.
