I would not jump from 2.5 of Valium. Most people jump from 0.5 or 0.25.

You're going to be okay. I have 0 history of psych disorders aside from anxiety and when I dropped from .75 to .625 or Klonopin I was seeing things out of the corner of my eye that weren't there. That lasted for about a week.
