Does Muscle tone Come Back?

I looked in the mirror today and it's no wonder it feels funny to walk.

 

My muscles tone is gone in my legs.

 

Has this come back for anyone over time?

Yeah I lost all muscle after my first month. I could hardly walk and just going up and down stairs made me sore. Once you start bieng active again it will come back. Just make sure and take it slow when bieng active again. Let your body adjust .

That is good to know....I'm very upset with it.

Always been in decent shape and this...ugh

Yep my leg muscles wasted away big time. Just been able to  exercising again and starting to come back.
