Been getting this tingling in the tip of my penis. It comes and goes throughout the day. Sometimes it kind of feels irratated or like I have to urinate . Even when my bladder is completely empty. I know random inflammations happen during withdrawel? It is really freaking me out. 

 

I know there are a number of medical issues this could be linked with so I am trying not to psyche myself out. Has anyone else experience this ? It is really annoying not feel this sensation .

 

I should also note everything looks normal down there. No redness or strange discharges.
