Tomorrow I will take my last benzo ever! I havent slept in 3 days and not water in 4 days! My heart and brain is racing 24/7! Does anyone have any encouraging words? I have never been suicidal, but I now understand that people cant take more....... Anyone.....

I don't know much about your benzo but you took a huge cut from 17.5 to 5 if your sig is right. That seems like a lot compared to your other cuts. With the way you feel I'd hold longer at 5 until you feel more stable. B
