First one! Wish we could all weather the storm together in person. I know that would help a lot of people like me. Misery likes company right?

This is my seventh...(I think...).  I only tapered off to nothing twice.

 

I didn't really understand that withdrawal could last longer than a month and I kept going back on cause I thought my anxiety was just really bad.
