How often do you cut or reduce?

At the moment I've been fine cutting 2mg every 2weeks, however my dr already stated he would do 1mg cuts for me once I'm at 8mg, again every 2weeks. However he said I can hold for a month before another cut if I need it... but so far I've been fine on cutting every 2weeks.

Same here, every two weeks! I'm not opposed to holding if absolutely necessary but I've more or less committed to cutting on the 1st and 15th of every month, no questions asked, just to keep things rolling. With my health anxiety, I know questioning it too much is bad for me. So I just keep on going and try not to think about the symptoms.
