thanks BRC -- I've taken all kinds of meds in my life - Ativan, Elavil, Prozac, some MAO inhibitor and others.  I was probably always in one kind of w/d or another over the last 30 years - only to "remedy" it with another  med.  When the Z drugs came along - being a lifelong insomniac, I thought they were  the answer to my prayers. 

 

I know I am just at the beginning, really.  I hope things get better.  WBB
