6 months off

Hello buddies. I'm at the 6 month mark. I dont post that often, but, I can truly say, " I've come a long way". My symptoms have subsided a great deal. I'm still having head, neck and back aches, forehead and eye spasms , GI issues ( bloating and heartburn ), anxiety and some dizziness. But, these symptoms are not nearly as bad as they were at the beginning.  One thing I can concur on is..... The alcohol will set you back. At least for me. I had a nice window going on and decided to go to an Luau. I took a few sips of margarita and it set me back for a week.
