WD is different for every person, some people get by with just a few symptoms while others can have a wide range of symptoms. So yes you could be lucky and only have a few symptoms.

is it possible to have a withdrawal with just two to three symptoms?  or does the new symptoms show up for sure?

Just the unpredictability of withdrawal is just one of the many things that make the process so difficult. Symptoms can range from physical to mental ones and every place in between. Unfortunately there is no crystal ball that can predict what symptom one will have or how long they will have them. Everyone is unique. Healing is often non linear. Symptoms can wax and wane. The acute period is when symptoms are their worst. This phase typically lasts about a month with some noticeable improvement felt after.
