Holds making me feel worse?

So I held for about 3 weeks. Last week I felt a lot better, this week ive been an anxious wreck so decided to cut today anyway. It seems shorter holds make me feel better, anyone else?

Yes the first time you taper you can get away with this. I did exactly the same, the second will be another story ...

There won't be a second taper. Ive read enough and experuenced enough to put me off benzos for ever

Please I'm begging you ! Once you are totally off you will feel like a million bucks and full of calm soothing energy but just don't keep those pills in the house like I did !!! That was a big mistake ...
