you have internal stress all the time? wants to run out of my body. has internal vibrations in the legs and upper body. do not know how I'll handle this. feels like you are dying. can not employ me because I look so bad. it is freezing inside my chest, feels like a block of ice inside. this is some kind of anxiety? feel very angry and mean, like I could do any harm. can not be among the people I will be even more stressed. what is this? know anyone recognize themselves?

Sounds a lot like akathisia. Inner restlessness that feels like pure torment. This is common in benzo withdrawal, and will wax and wane. Find yourself a good distraction to get your mind off how your body is feeling
