This woman has great videos about the benzo experience. I like this one in particular because it talks about being bullied by your doctor especially while withdrawing. I have been watching her videos all night during my withdrawal insomnia.

You can subscribe to her channel and watch more. I find she doesn't digress as much as other benzo anecdotes videos do. They seem very structured and almost professional -- but her personality is great and comforting.
