Why are my insides burning?

I am in a bad wave right now and my insides feel Like they are burning??? This happens every now and then during a wave..... Its pretty damn freaky

 

It is Usaully in my back area on the bottom left and right side other times it's in the front area below sternum . I am sure I have had it everywhere in the torso region. I know I get it in the chest too.

I'm having a burning sternum and below my breasts too. I hate it as it majorly increases anxiety.
