Rate of drop. Daily, every 2, 5? Temaz to valium

Is doing a daily drop totaling 30 days too much or should I drop every other day or drop 2 milligrams per day with the corresponding Valium .someone please help    thank you

I don't think there are many here who are familiar with temazepam, and I can't think of anyone who has done a cross-over to Valium from temazepam, so it is difficult for anyone to give you feedback. If the Ashton plan is not specific enough, I think you are going to have to just give it a try and see how it goes, starting slowly. Let you body tell you how quickly you can drop. Hopefully you are starting to feel more comfortable on the Valium?
