Taper 3 days ago now the w/d starts and my body hurts like hell

Day 3 since 1 mg cut of Valium from 15mg to 14 mg.

Now the terror begins....I hate this. God give me strenght  :'(

My body hurts like hell...What do you do when your body hurts like hell.

I have fibromyalgia and it feels like bad flu today  :'(

I'm so sorry you have to go through this.. I had a very hard time during my taper.. When it got real bad, I would just say the Lord's Prayer over and over again - it always helped!

 

Believe it or not, you will get much better if you persevere through this nightmare!

This hasn't made things easier, but it helped me to know what is happeing.
