helplessness??

Is a feeling of helplessness and difficulity taking care of daily tasks come along with

Xanax addiction.    When tat pupp wears off, I can barely think.    Is this par for the course?

Im afraid so for us, its very taxing doing small stuff like watering plants and what not. For some its not however. Cog fog is bad too

I do, absolutely. The most benign things have become extraordinarily hard!  Making the bed, brushing my teeth, etc.  I do force myself to do these things every day, no matter how bad I feel. 

 

I love cooking, but really just eat the easiest thing I can get my hands on. I'll boil a bunch of eggs to keep handy. I eat a lot of cereal.

 

It's awful.
