Kava and Post-benzo withdrawal...

Is this something that has helped people once they've tapered off?  I read that during withdrawal it's a bad idea, but am not sure if that includes once you've already made the jump.

One of Kava's targets is that beloved little GABAA receptor (just like benzos).  I think the specific potentiation is different, but it's still affecting a part of your body that just (hopefully) healed from benzo damage.  For sure I wouldn't touch it if I wasn't yet able to fully handle alcohol consumption, and maybe not even then.  Just my 2 cents...
