My signature is below. Yes, you can feel better if you go slow and smart. This would have been much harder for me 6 months ago. Just sharing. Oh yeah and my Chiefs won. In the largest comeback in team history. My heart rate was fast at the end but all good.  Enjoy your Sunday.

Good for you. Three cheers and LOL your heart might have been fast because your team won.  Bet lots of people had fast heart rates but unlike us dealing with withdrawal etc they probably didn't have a clue about their hearts. Really happy you got out and had some fun. Nice to read happy posts.  :thumbsup: B
