Eye spasms and headaches!

Hello. Im 5 months off and was wondering if anyone has eye spasms and headaches. Seems like I would not have them for about a week and then it will pop up for about 5 days.is this what is meant by Windows and waves?

I too have both periodically.  I can't tie it to anything, it is completely random.

 

"Windows" are periods of time when symptoms abate, they are gone or greatly reduced.  "Waves" are a return or intensification of symptoms.

 

Minor symptoms such as my eye twitch I don't consider a wave unless it is accompanied by a return of other more bothersome symptoms.

I went through the eye twitch phase, drinking a quality tonic water helped.  Read through my back post if you would like more info.

I have had eyes spasm and like mometary eye pain hAng in there ♥️♥️

I've been getting them constantly on my lower lip. It only happens in the center and it's completely uncontrollable.

Lots of headaches here and eye twitches all the time, especially when I need to make eye contact. I think it's anxiety times 10!
