Oh, I had to log in this time. Easy for me, I still have an old medscape registration. Not sure if it's still so easy to get these days as a 'layman'.

This table lists 0.25 mg clonazepam as equal to 30 mg temazepam, so 2 mg clonazepam=240 mg ...

and 0.25 mg clonazepam=0.5mg alprazolam=1 mg lorazepam (hey ! I should have taken 8 mg lorazepam rather than 4 mg ...)=0.5 mg triazolam=5 mg diazepam etc.

The source for that table appears to be Lexi-Comp, Inc. Lexi-Drugs®. http://online.lexi.com/action/home Accessed April 8, 2016. Does anyone have a log in ? ...

I've been reading recently ... so annoying that most (?) charts are based on anxiolytic properties ... I've been wondering about anticonvulsant equivalencies ... How the hell do you get a proper equivalency if you've never taken the drug for (mental) anxiety ?
