Benzopro log

 

I started last Saturday using a 10-1 solution of milk and Valium. I take out 3.5 ml of benzodiazepines right now. Tomorrow I have a first date, I don't want to be a freak with a container of milk in my pocket... Can someone please tell me how I can dry dose on days like this?

 

Also taking 50mg Of Valium with 50mg of liquid and taking 3.5 mg off everyday will be 20% at the end of the month right? I'm feeling axe right now and don't want to updose switching to dry

 

Any suggestions?
