How to psyche myself up..

I have Valium, I have a schedule....I've even substituted a few doses.

The problem I'm having is the switch.  Xanax already sedates me enough, thanks.

Valium makes me feel like a walking depressed zombie with anxiety.

Is this really a good switch for me?

What you need is to have a little patience and give it some time. There's an adjustment period with crossing over. It took me about 5-6 weeks to get fully

crossed and off the Xanax. I didn't feel like a sedated zombie that entire

time though, my body adjusted. I think you've proved you are getting nowhere on the Xanax, so I would give Valium a fair shot.

I agree with Hope. With each addition of Valium I felt like a sedated zombie initially, then after two weeks my body would adjust.
