Pretty much symptom free for 20 months, but today...

Felt like I was smack dab in the middle of WDs again. Hollow feeling in chest, angst, nervous, tugging in stomach/chest, etc... Can a relapse happen like that. Anything to mitigate this? Try to sleep it off?

I am just 10 months off now and these last two weeks have been horrible with the hot cold sensation running through my feet and legs ,feels like a continued flow of liquid that is hot then cold with no let up , my stomach seems more bloated and uncomfortable even though i dont eat anything sweet no chocolate or sweet drinks at all...i had the funny weak legs earlier , it went away and is back like this ,sleep has just started about 3 hours a night , yet one night it was none again...what horror these things are , i was wondering if Diazapam was the culprit here as many complain of buzz y things who had been on this particular one , also temazapam was another i was taking for sleep issues ..hope we all feel better soon .
