Knackered Has Shower Trauma with Benzos    Hey there, Knackered here.  Today, we meet our hero as he staggers through the back door and collapses into a kitchen chair.  It has become his typical mode of entry.      The Benzo demons have nearly paralyzed his legs and he wants them back.  Daily walks with his support poles are helping.   Immobility is not his friend.    Poking a sweaty finger into the oximeter, he anxiously awaits the digital read out.  A smile of contentment invade
