gosh, he let today to see her on Skype for 20 min....

I went to a cafe today, and as soon as I sat down, a man with a guitar started singing a song with my name in it. He was singing to someone else who must share my name, also, but I felt that the song was meant for me too. My dad named me because of that song. I thought about my parents and felt as if they were near.

Morreweg, congrats!!! Driving was what got me into this mess. A longtime friend shot up heroin in my car and died in my arms. I started having panic attacks whenever I drove so I know how big an accomplishment that is for you! Keep building on it!!

Thank you. It was over three years ago. I only think about it once a week or so now. I'm slowly coming to terms with it. It was a nightmare. I was interrogated by three different police officers, his family tried to sue me for wrongful death, his wife and daughter blamed me. He had a death wish and was on that road but used me as his taxi. I called 911 and tried cpr but I couldn't save him. First time I cried since my first child was born 25 years ago. I began to feel claustrophobic any time I got behind the wheel and eventually got to where I couldn't drive to the corner store. I thought xanax was a Godsend but boy, oh boy, did it turn on me! This site has been the true Godsend and I'm so thankful I found it. It has kept me from losing my mind. I'm 8 months out, getting so much better and look forward to writing my success story and helping others. Hang in there!

I'm glad you are coming to terms with it....I realize now Life can

be so bizzare and the way Benzos work, damage etc. are the bizzarest

thing one could ever imagine.

 

BB has been a Life-saver for me too....I didn't even know what a Benzo was,

being naive is normally not on my menu.....but there you go....evil med.

i had a good morning i went to walmart awhile ago i needed some drill bits i need to drill thru a bolt that i need to tapout , i was like wow i need to come here more often they were a BARGAIN compared to the local family owned hardware store i go to mostly

I slept 7.5 to 8 hours, two nights in a row. 

 

This is a first since the later stage of my taper.  I haven't had any significant anxiety and no panic during this time, so am hopeful.....  So very hopeful.

I was just mowing the grass and hit a stump....bent the shaft on the engine. The good news...Now I have a good excuse to buy a NEW MOWER.

 

hi joey i wish i saw this post at an earlier date but can you fix this mower if you use a thick hollow metal pipe put it on the stub stickin out of bottom of mower and twist the pipe in the direction right direction  to straighten it out ?also check the little shear key that shears if you hit something really hard a new shear key is only a few dollars its really small half the thickness of a pencil thats 1cm long

The interesting thing is that after I'd introduced calcium and vitamin K supplements (for bone health, not WD) and immediately suffered with horrible dizziness for a couple of days, I stopped my multivitamins, omega-3, and vitamin D -- and then began to sleep.  The only thing I've continued is magnesium glycinate, but I even decreased that from 400 to 200mg.  Might be coincidence, but I suspect that one or more of those supplements was overstimulating my wounded brain.

I can walk now in the stores with a little more energy. I'm no longer doing that super tired slow walk....
