IT LASTED 1 1/2 HRS. WHEN I WENT TO GET UP OFF THE TABLE...I COULDN'T. MY MUSCLES WERE SO RELAXED. I JUST FELL BACK, AND IT MADE ME START LAUGHING...BECASUE I THOUGHT (OH GREAT) HOW AM I GOING TO DRIVE HOME.

Nothing beats a great massage. I think I might go book one now!- I hate when I get such a great massage then have to battle traffic. Was so lucky when I found an awesome girl, only 3 blocks from my house. I now can stay in my Zen cloud for a while!

I WOKE UP AND FELT  NEEDED !!! That is truly a wondrous thing.

Two things: 1) I went to the biggest store in town today with no panic nor anxiety. Last time I went there, at least 4 years ago, I had a panic attack and crashed my car with the trolleys. So I had panic by just driving by  and sometimes I had to drive more for not seeing this mall at all 

 

2) just by coincidence I was the spinning trainer today at the gym for 45 min  ...spinning exercise is ridding a stationary bike varying intensity, speed and on/off at using the bike seat.

Now I hope that anxiety and DP do not happen after over doing things 

I still cannot believe I went to that Big shop
