[al...]
QUOTE BY: BUDDHA'S All the Buddha's of all the ages have been telling you a very simple fact: Be - don't try to become. Within these two words, be and becoming, your whole life is contained. Being is enlightenment, becoming is ignorance.

Guest [St...]
Hey Alfred, do you have a photobucket account? It's probably the easiest of all to use for hosting images. It's free and all you do is simply upload the picture and then copy the image code. Another goodie is Flickr, but I prefer Photobucket. Guest [St...]
Great Stuff Alfred, they now have some very cool free editing tools too. I normally use Picasa for my photography business, but it's getting a little out dated now, also not bad if you want to edit some pics. [al...]
Hi Staffy "''Now'' is the operative word. Everything you put in your way is just a method of putting off the hour when you could actually be doing your dream. You don't need endless time and perfect conditions. Do it now. Do it today. [al...]
Thanks Staffy While the laughter of joy is in full harmony with our deeper life, the laughter of amusement should be kept apart from it. The danger is too great of thus learning to look at solemn things in a spirit of mockery, and to seek in them opportunities for exercising wit. ~ Lewis Carroll ~ Medicine Buddha Mantra HD (with words) - YouTube www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rqDgQGQchc Enjoy Alfred x

Guest [St...]
We all Need a Tree! I hired a plumber to help me restore an old farmhouse, and after he had just finished a rough first day on the job: a flat tire made him lose an hour of work, his electric drill quit and his ancient one ton truck refused to start. While I drove him home, he sat in stony silence. On arriving, he invited me in to meet his family. As we walked toward the front door, he paused briefly at a small tree, touching the tips of the branches with both hands. When opening the door he underwent an amazing transformation.. His face was wreathed in smiles and he hugged his two small children and gave his wife a kiss. Afterward he walked me to the car. We passed the tree and my curiosity got the better of me. I asked him about what I had seen him do earlier. 'Oh, that's my trouble tree,' he replied 'I know I can't help having troubles on the job, but one thing's for sure, those troubles don't belong in the house with my wife and the children.. So I just hang them up on the tree every night when I come home and ask God to take care of them. Then in the morning I pick them up again.' 'Funny thing is,' he smiled,' when I come out in the morning to pick 'em up, there aren't nearly as many as I remember hanging up the night before.' http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c324/SheWolf510/TreeofLife.jpg Staffy
[al...]
Oh yes Staffy, your tree quote is ace.............. The story was such that I couldn't make a graceful ending and then make a graceful new beginning. I could have, but I didn't want to. So, it isn't the most graceful way of writing a story. This new story is, I think, is pretty good stuff. I'm pleased with it anyway. ~ Jack Vance ~
