I hope things work out with the puppy, Tone. She's adorable, as is your darling Kira. I lost my Yorkie last year and it clean broke my heart. I don't think I could ever go through that again. He was my late Mother's doggie.  God love all these precious creatures.

I found someone who posted looking for a papillon and she's came over this evening and took her. Everyone seemed happy, though Jon and I had to hold back a tear or two. The lady was really nice, and she obviously knows dogs. She was really excited and she has a huge fenced-in yard and and another doggy for her to play with. So I feel good that she's going to a good home. Which is a great relief.

 

So all's well that ends well.  :yippee:

I'm glad it all worked out for you, Tone. 

 

I still ache for my boy. It's been a year gone March since I lost him, but I just can't part with his ashes or his little beddy's and squeaky toys. What can I tell ya, they bring me comfort and they're hurtin' nobody. I will let them go someday, just not yet a while.

Well we still got Kira and I love her to death. With Riley Kira kind of took a background role, and that wasn't nice.  Kira seems happier alone.
