Hi everyone,

 

Please help. I'm 16 months off diazepam and was doing ok so thought I'd drop my AD Clomiprimine. Seems I went too quick. Have horrendous anxiety and can't do anything now as I can't breathe properly. Have tried all coping mechanisms . Am back on the higher dose of AD. Has anyone experienced this . How long will it take to destabilize? Thanks

So sorry to hear what you are going through. I’m afraid I can only offer sympathy. 
how are you doing now? Is it settling down?
