@[kn...] is soon to depart on a family vacation odyssey that has all the makings of a three hour tour.  He recently stated that it would take ‘wild horses’ to…Yet, he’s been told that as of Sunday AM, he’s climbing in the car. Thank you so much @knackered for your story. I'm over 2months benzo free, horrendous time prior took me nearly 14 days to make an emergency call following my decision to stop (well took last in bottle of pills I had) and went into a vortex of worst mental health problems (psychosis, delirium, mania, hallucinations and the worst ideations). 

So this year has been a write off in the real world. But drawing off yours and everyone's strength in here. It is not by any means easy, but to be on here keeping on the movement is awesome. 

And hormones ffs are the tip of iceberg atm 🏧 🙃 female joys!
