Is it tremors or tinnitus, not sure what you mean by the volume.

Both my ears were ringing but have subsided a little tremors coming on and off frequently now keep moving around to see if it helps and slow breathing

So, you're being tortured by both symptoms, I'm sorry.  I had some mild tinnitus but it resolved itself when I recovered.  I used to call my symptom inner trembling because I couldn't exactly see it but I sure felt it.  It was my last symptom to resolve. 

I'm glad you're working on your breathing, distraction is our friend.
