This is unusual for me, but I’m feeling panicky, like I’m trapped in withdrawal and I’m never gonna be able to get out…

I read all your posts and feel your pain brother. As you probably know one main symptom is just what you describing. If If was you i would use that doctor degree when your fight is over, to spread the information that benzos are bad among your colleagues. 

Try to start with some kind of projekt. It can be anything..when I was in your situation i did just that though i didn't want to. I did it for my future self.. I'm now that future version and thank myself for it.
