Can I take CBD oil while tapering Valium?

It seems to influence GABA levels and I don't want to kindle or raise the tolerance.

I’ve been taking it daily before bed and found at times of increased anxiety, it also helped me. Personal experience is that it’s been beneficial for me.

From what I understand it's very minimal.

I use it with THC for sleep and have only positive effects. I don't use it every day.
