Tomorrow is 3 weeks CT from Xanax .5 mil 3 times a day, feel anxious, bad anxiety, spaced out and around morning to late afternoon cannot focus… anyone experiencing this?

This is common and it's a horrible thing to happen. You'll get them back though when your better. It'll all come back.

How long did you take the benzos? I had all of these symptoms for two years and then I reinstated but I had a long history of benzo use. Now I am tapering and have felt the same way since I started the taper. No way to tell how long it will last but the percentages are on your side.

I took benzos for almost 2 years and CT, a lot of my acute symtoms started getting better 4 month mark but im still experiencing symptoms not as bad now
