Needing a doctors prescription for my taper

The last 18 month on Valium I got them without any doctors involved 

It’s come to the point that I’m going to be needing the help from the doctors to finish this taper safety and properly.

Im in the uk,what’s the first port of call to get a prescription,.My doctor and mental health nurse both know about my situation as I’ve been in a bad way going through this.

I certainly don’t want to end up on a CT,anybody else been in this situation and got help from the docs

I would say your doctor.

Maybe I misunderstood your post, but I understood that your doctor and mental health nurse are aware of your situation.

Are they not wiling to help you or at least point you in the right direction?
