1st window

I think I had my first window last night. After taking klonopin for 23 years. I am off 9 months after 3 month taper.  But I’m not sure. I felt some peace last night. Can anyone relate?

I was so excited to hear you say that! A window is just a small preview of what you are capable of becoming. The repair guys took a little needed break it seems. 

How are you feeling now? There is also a chance this signifies a new baseline for you.

Write down the thoughts and feelings you had during that window in vivid detail so if a harsh wave arrives, or you are just having harsh mental symptoms, you have something to read that is basically reminding you that things can and do get better.
