Hard to talk to others?

Does anyone have trouble speaking to others?  Gives me overwhelming anxiety. Feel like a freaking crazy person…My sxs just keep escalating in this never ending wave.  It’s so frightening and discouraging.

Yep, I can relate to this - I am getting a bit better now and a little more like myself, but for a long time I was a lot more closed in on myself and had to be very comfortable to talk to others. Particularly when I started in my new job I found it very difficult, but I did settle in more as I got to know people and what was expected of me.

Speaking to others causes me to feel overwhelmed with anxiety, it’s bizarre, almost outside my body

If I'm stuck in a meeting or in a room with people that gives me quite a bit of anxiety. But if I'm walking and talking then it actually works quite well talking to others! I guess I feel free moving around. I feel suffocated standing still. Well there you go. That's me!
