Benzo gut

Hi guys,

Been suffering with a proper benzo gut since I started tapering and I've never had anything like it. I've always been super slim with no protruding whatsoever. I now look like my waters are about to break 🤣 it's awful. 

I'm taking probiotics and digestive enzymes but they don't seem to help much, with the protruding at least. 

I'm drinking plenty of water daily to help also. Is there anything else I can take to help or is it a matter of waiting it out till it disappears by itself?
