Got some tooth ache kicking in,is paracetamol ok to take

Paracetamol (known in the U.S. as acetaminophen) is not listed in the Benzodiazepine Information Coalition's Medications and Supplements of Concern.

You'll find many posts on your question if you do a search using the Search box on upper right of this page.  I would both terms, paracetamol and acetaminophen, in a search.

Ibuprofen not.

Paracetamol is ok but do take in limited quantity.
