Is there a typical 24-36 month wave

Just reaching out to see if any have heard of or are in a wave that’s falling between 24-36 months. I’ve been in this little tension wave for about 3 weeks now. It’s common to lose track of improvements when the waves last a while. I feel jittery with the annoying inner trembles. The feeling is less intense but definitely still uncomfortable. And my sleep is back being disrupted with heat and adrenal rushes.
