Pain during wd

Alot of times I feel pain in my body. The pain is hard to describe but i know its wd related.

Does anyone know if this pain is a sign of healing or due to what the drugs did to your brain?

I'd say its a sign of both, the medication forced your brain to adapt to its presence and when it is removed, your brain must find its way back to its natural state.  

Have you read chapter 3 of the Ashton manual?  It helped to understand what I was feeling and the possible reasons why.
