Having a wave day today

I am feeling anxiety this morning. I will go for my walk soon. I hope that helps me cope. 

I was feeling ok yesterday. One day at a time to get through this. Not easy some days. I hope we all heal very soon. I just keep thinking it will get better later today. Just have to make it through.

You're welcome ENG, but honestly, I'm fighting to hold on and it does help to help others, or try to anyway.  Sometimes I don't make a lot of sense in what I say here on BB, but it's a lifeline for me too, oregonlady
