Spine muscles/contracting/burning

I am having pulling in my spine when I bend my neck forward. It hurts.  It pulls the shoulder muscles too. I also started having really stiff joints in one hand. Has anyone else experienced this?  The spine pulls into the shoulder and that pulls into the neck muscles.  They all get knots l.  The muscles that run alongside the spine contract.  I'm so miserable.
